"Matt did a superb job for me. I had 26 double hung aluminium windows that were 20 years old. Their spiral balances no longer worked, and I tried calling a few firms that advertised that they repaired double hung windows. They were only interested in repairing wooden double hung windows - apparently it is a lot more difficult to repair spiral balances for aluminium double hung windows, and few repairers have the confidence to take this work on. Matt repaired all my windows at a competitive price and provided superb service, despite having almost exclusively worked with wooden windows previously. His service after installation was also excellent. 2 of the windows required a further adjustment, as often happens with spiral balances. Matt couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with. He returned twice after a year, to make adjustments, at no charge."

"We engaged Matt to fix our old rattling sash windows that never stayed up. His training and knowledge from the UK on sash windows, far placed him above any other local window tradesman or glacier.

Matt draft proofed our windows with a special sash window draft proof seal that he imports from the UK and he is the only supplier of this in the local market. He re weighted the windows and replaced the old glass with an unbreakable safety glass, as we have toddler that likes to climb.

"Earlier this year we asked MST to refurbish one of our sash windows. All of our sash windows are 70 years old with paper thin cracked glass, broken sash cords and they all rattled in the wind.

Matt did such a great job on our window we asked him back to do the rest (all nine of them). All of our sash windows are now draught- and rattle-free and work perfectly. They also keep noise out much better.
